Registrations dropping intermittently

Hi All,

We have fusion with a Freeswitch SBC in front of it. We have many clients all using PFsense and have no issues but one of our tenants has 18 phones and they have random registration drop issues and I can seem to solve it.

I have tried the below

switching to TCP from UDP and reducing registration time but still get random timeouts. I noticed the source port on each phone has the same Port, is this normal? should it not be random. We are using yealink phones, other clients have same phones but all under 10 deskphones with no issues.

Its not currently happening but the registrations page under fusionpbx would go into - number and the phone would say registration failed. Any advise would be appreciated, I have currently set half the phones to UDP which has fixed it but not sure for how long. As this issue seems to come and go.

Smells like SIP ALG to me. Disable it if it is enabled. Router manufacturers haven't quite figured out rport now exists.
