Registrations on Yealink W73

Hi all,
We always utilise RPORT due to NAT on our phone installations, which always allows for registrations and calls to go through, no problem.
We currently installed a Yealink W73, that has 1 master base, where 4 phones connecting to it. They all register, but all utilise port 5060 which is an issue, as they use 1 "master" hub to register all extensions.
Has any one ran into this issue before?
any help is greatly appreciated.

It typically won't be an issue on most routers as the port will be rewritten to another external port during the NAT process. You only really need to change this when an overzealous IT admin has created a custom firewall rule to drop traffic sourced from/to 5060.
