Remote extension issues

Hi guys
I have a vps on vultr.
I have a bit of an issue with the remote extensions.Lets say i have 4 extensions registered.One will be on port 5060,other on port 5063 and the other 2 are using rtp ports.
Is this normal?

You aren't clear on what the issue is. I'm guessing you might be referring to the port listed in "Status>Registrations" page.
This is the port Freeswitch has detected as the source port of the endpoint not the port the phone is connecting to.
Depending on the firewall at the remote end, it may show as the original port 5060 most phones use, or it could be a random port. When multiple phones are behind the same firewall, they will certainly show a different source port for each device.

Just do a google search on PAT (Port Address Translation)

That is all you are seeing here. Also in a PAT scenario the RTP port range means nothing, the RTP will get exactly the same treatment.

Most consumer routers will use PAT.
