Remove Fax cover letter "Fax Cover Sheet"

Greetings all,

I am trying to amend the the Fax cover header, on the top left side you can specify the logo however, on the right side I need to put the company address and there is "Fax Cover Sheet" written over there, how I can change that please. Please see the attached file, I want to replace whats in the red circle, I have searched all the documents only talks about changing the logo.
