Remove Voicemail Password

Hi,

I would like any extension to be able to dial 1571 and reach the mailbox of extension 501 and not be required to enter a password/pin

I have been reading through the thread here https://www.pbxforums.com/threads/disabling-voicemail-password-pin.3346

I've attached my current dial plan for this and upon testing it still requests a password for the voicemail even though I've set voicemail_authorized=true

Would someone please be able to help? What logs or settings would be useful to see what is happening?

Edit - I checked the voicemail app lua and then added <action application="set" data="user_name=501"/> to the dialplan which now allows it to enter the mailbox without a password
