Hi, not sure if anyone else has come across this. We have some ring groups setup with missed call alerts and noticed on some of these you don't get an alert.
After some digging we found that the missed call alert does not work if it's used in a ring group after and ivr or a greeting in the ring group as technically it's actually answered the call.
Anyone know if there is a way around this as seems a bit daft it can't detect a missed call juts because it's been through an IVR
