Hi everyone, hope i am posting this in the right place.
Hopefully someone will be able to help me. Still kind of new to Fusionpbx.
I am having an issue with the ring group timeout destination, I have setup a ring group 601 with ext. 1000, 1001, 1002 and 1003 with a timeout destination of 1003 voicemail. The group is set to simultaneous ring. When the timeout is set to 15s for all ext. then the timeout destination kicks in and it goes to voicemail, when i set the timeout to 20s+ then after the time is up the call just ends. If i call 601 from another ext. internally then it all works. So its only external calls that are not working.
Any help will really be appreciated.
