Hi folks
I have created a ring group with 'rollover' which according to the docs should work like sequential, but will skip busy extensions:
1. Rollover doesn't skip an extension that is already on a call, likely because the handset can accept multiple calls?
In our old PBX we could set per-extension the max number of inbound calls. In FusionPBX I can only find a max outbound call setting. How can I get the rollover to trigger when a user is on the phone?
2. When set to 'rollover' the ring group ignores the timeout setting. The first extension in the list will ring for 30 seconds even if the timeout is set to 5 seconds.
In 'sequential' mode, the time-out works normally and the next phone in the listing rings.
Screenshot attached
Is this behavior expected or am I missing something?
Thanks!
