Ringback not working

I have an inbound route point to a ringgroup and have ringback setup to go to MOH however I still get ringing instead of the WAV file I uploaded. What am I missing here?

UPDATE!!!

Rebooted the system and now it plays the default music instead of the MOH I uploaded. Here is the warning. Suggestions?

I verified the MOH is still in place. Do I need to do something with the file before I upload it?

Did you upload it via the GUI?

The moh should probably be 8000Hz mono too.

Yes I uploaded through the GUI. That seemed to do the trick. I deleted the MOH, recreated it at 8000Hz and it works correctly. Thanks.
