Hi guys,

I just set up a new FusionPBX system and it is working great. Thanks to our community.

However, I have an issue with the inbound calls. When we put the calls on hold and then resume the calls. The callers would hear our voice like robotic/fuzzy voice and it only happens with call transfer or resuming the calls (after putting on hold). It doesnt seem to be networking and performance issues (CPU, packet loss etc...). Can you guys please shed some light on this?

Thank you very much.

Cheers,

Would you guys recommend changing renegotiate-codec-on-hold to True and reload the internal SIP Profile?

Seen this before on a different platform - and it was down to codecs, so suspect you are on the right lines.
Never had the issue on Fusion though, so cant add any more value than this i'm afraid.

Start by comparing the codecs you negotiated before and after putting the call on hold. See if they are different.
