Hi,

I have a Grandstream HT813 with a premicell connected to it. The ATA is registered as an extension on fusionpbx. I am able to make and recieve calls through the device, however I need to dial the extension number of the ATA before I can dial the mobile number. Is there any one who could point me in the right direction in the dial plan so they don't need to dial the extension first and if fusionpbx sees they dialed a mobile number then it needs to dial the ATA extension first and then dial the number the customer put in.

All help appreciated.

Lol yeah, in South Africa. The customer signed an extremely long contract and has free minutes they want to use. I have tried to create a custom outbound route but that's where I get stuck. Not sure how to send the digits they dialed after it has dialed the extension number.
