Safe to update the DB direct?

Limited to extremely simple updates (such as editing all extensions to turn off call screening, or updating the wrap-up time on all agents), is it safe to update the database directly? Neither of these items were available in the bulk account settings tool.

Are there any things that have to be done after such a change is made? (Restart freeswitch?)

Reload XML from the SIP Status page usually, though 'it depends'. Call centre stuff might need the module restarting?

Make sure you are backing up each time!
