Not sure how this works here but I propose a Bounty to implement the ability to incorporate saved XML changes back into the GUI Dialplan Manager and inbound/outbound routes. As I understand it, the code is already partially there to read the default XML files back into the GUI. If we can get a couple of people to sponsor the work, maybe the developers (or another qualified person) could prioritize this request and implement this feature in the open source fusionpbx project.

Save XML changes to Dialplan Gui
In Dialplan manager I can view a call destination (for example call_screen) in the Gui and also in XML code. However, when I make changes in the XML code and save them, those changes are not saved to the dialplan GUI. Is this supposed to work? It would make sense that FusionPBX allows switching...
