SOLVED Sending Faxes

Hello all,
We are not able to send a fax. We have a Yeastar TA100 set up with a fusionpbx account and the fax machine reports a communication error.
Is there anything that we need to do on the extension side setup to make this work.

Did you try configuring the TA100 directly with the provider?

When I put it on another PBX it works fine. Thanks for the response, will investigate further.

Changed trunk provider since original one did not guarantee fax.
