Silence after announcement

Hello,

We've got a strange thing happening on our FusionPBX:

We are located in the Netherlands. Normally we can call all paid numbers in the Netherlands but in one case when we call a specific paid number we only here the cost announcement. After that it's silent but the call stays established.
If I call the number from my cell phone I get an IVR menu after the announcement. So I configured my deskphone to an FreePBX extension and there I also here the IVR.

It seems to be something in the bridging between the cost announcement and the IVR. Anybody an idea?
