socket response

Hi,
I am using FusionPBX version 4.5.16
I have this below the inbound route and I transfer calls to the socket server
How can I get the response of request and send the call somewhere based on that condition?
For example, socket server tell me the response is 1 and I transfer the call to ext 1000 or tell me the response is 2 so I transfer the call to ext 2000

What is this group for? when anyone doesn't know about anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
