Good morning! We've installed FusionPBX and created a domain with an "A" redirection . The problem is that we can only connect SIP extensions to the original IP. We tried connecting to the main domain pbx.mydomain.io and it didn't connect. We tried subdomains pbx1.pbx.mydomain.io and it still didn't connect, only to the original IP of the server where FusionPBX is installed. We're sure we have something misconfigured. Can anyone help us?

Thank you very much!

HI, Fusionpbx will only accept sip registrations from domains its known if you created extensions 192.X.X.X or whatever your public ip then trying pbx.mydomain.io will not work because fusionpbx doesn't consider it as valid domain. You have to login as admin under advanced domain add this domain and make sure extension belong to the correct domain. I hope this will help you, Thanks

Good afternoon, it's finally working by creating a .com domain, letsncrypt, and wildcard, and using the server's IP as a proxy.
