Is there anyone can help me about this log:

I have setup about 2600 phones to register in fusionpbx. But at heavy traffic hours, there were lot of logs like above line. and after that, phones' registrations and calls were abnormal.
In normal times, they consist "New Channel sofia/internal/3269@172.21.70.92" (soia/internal/EXT@IP).
What does happen? What is the reason of these types of logs?
