system-call return value in several variables?

hi,
within my dialplan i am calling a custom script. is it possible, to split the return value into different variables?
my script returns always 5 values containing surname, givenname, additionalInfo2, additionalInfo2, ani
I would like to store them into variables $sn, $name, $addinf1, $addinf2, ani.
possible?
