Ok. I FINALLY have teams integration working with fusionPBX. People on prem can dial a user on teams. But how can I get it working from TEAMS to On Prem? I currently have the SBC setup to send traffic to the 5080 port so it's just going through the standard dial plan? I suppose that users in teams can dial the full number but I see people on here posting that they are able to use the 3 or 4 digit extension.

You have to remember that calls from Teams will come in on the public context, so you'll need an inbound route for the extension numbers you'll want the Teams users to dial. You'll also have to make sure that Teams is sending 3 or 4 digits out to the Teams SBC in the dialplan.
Only problem is this gets tricky multi-tenant as you have to think about context switching, single domain PBXs are fine though.
