The extensions are getting registered but voice cannot pass through

Hi,

I am new to Fusionpbx. I have recently installed Fusionpbx. I am facing an issue with regards to the extension. The extensions are getting registered and they can call each other. However, the voice is not getting through. I have tried zoiper, Grandstream wave and microsip. However, all the softphones have got the same issue. Is it anything to do with codec?

It shouldn't be, more likely firewall or nat, you haven't mentioned how the pbx is set up at all.
 
Thanks for the prompt reply. The pbx has been installed on a AWS VM. The mentioned ports have already been opened in the firewall.

  • SIP TCP/UDP
    • 5060-5090
  • RTP UDP
    • 16384-32768
  • SSH
    • 22
  • HTTP
    • 80, 443
 
Furthermore, correct ip addresses in the external and internal sip profiles are already specified.
