Hello everyone,

I want to understand the time conditions for IVR.
I have set business hours,time conditions work fine for that.
Right now inbound works 24 hours to IVR.
But for out of business hours inbound calls I want to send those to Voice mail,I cannot understand how to do the settings in Time conditions.

How to set
Monday - Friday 8am-8 pm to IVR
Sat-Sun- 10 am -6 pm to IVR
Anytime out of these hours to VM

I read Time conditions start from Sunday

I can set working hours but can't find option for out of working hours. or I go as

Monday-Monday-12:00 am-7:59----VM
Monday-Monday 8 am to 8 pm-------IVR
Monday-Monday-8:01pm-11:59-------- VM

Tuesday-Tuesday-------12am-7:59pm---IVR
Tuesday-Tuesday-------8 am-8pm--IVR
Tuesday-Tuesday------8:01 pm-11:59 PM----VM

Just pick off the times you want to route to the IVR and use the alternate destination for the VM. Example below:
