Transfer crashed phone

Got strange one today client complained that transfer a call didnt work. Seems only to happen if he picks up a call from the ext then put the caller on hold then tried to transfer the call back to the ext. Causes the phone to crash and say no service.

The phone is a yealink TG23G and when this happens the display show No Service and needs to be restarted. Can see anything obvious in the call logs or CDR.

Any Ideas anyone or had a similar expreience.

yeah one of the first things i checked. I have just tried to replicate the issue my self and cant get it to break

Honestly, very bizarre, never experienced it myself. Funnily enough, I've just been using an old T23G a lot for testing some stuff recently, transfers, blfs, dnd, etc.

Being able to replicate it will be the key to this I suspect. Up the logging level on the phone too, the Yealink logs are totally shit but better than nothing.
