Unable to Receive Any Calls

After set my gateway, I am able to make outbound calls. However, I cannot let others call my number and during this period, there is nothing appended to freeswitch.log. Is that a SIP problem?

Not a clue, not enough info. Post some logs of the calls happening use fs_cli

That's the problem, after I enabled the sip debug (sofia global siptrace on), I can only see outgoing call logs. But there is no any log for incoming calls. And the incoming calls are interrupted immediately.

See what is happening then using sngrep, if the calls are hitting the pbx there will be some sort of log. They could be getting blocked ate the firewall level but you should see something, even if its only an initial INVITE with sngrep

Thanks for replying. I used sngrep as you suggested. Firstly I make a call from a currently working fusionpbx server (Server A) to the one which is having this issue (Server B). I can see logs on the Server A and the calls were rejected after ringing several times. ( If I made a call from my mobile phone, it didn't ring the phone at all!). However, sngrep was still empty on the Server B.

The server IP should be in the domain field and as I have said, have you reloaded acl?
