SOLVED Upgrade failed.

On a instance of FusionPBX running for about 2 months. I get a error when trying to upgrade using the GUI. I have included an image. The output offers some hints for this issue but it wasn't very clear for me on how to proceed. Any guidance that can be offered for this issue is much appreciated.

The simple fix would be to remove or rename the modified yealink template file listed in error

if you need the changes made in that file or any other templates, I would rename the model template folder to <model name>_custom or something similar. This will allow upgrades to proceed without conflicts and maintains any customizations.
