upgrading from 1.9.1 to 1.9.3

Just updated from 1.9.1 to 1.9.3 but ...
version still say 1.9.1
run git stash then tried to update again, same result
I also upgraded freeswitch to 1.11.1, that went ok

That means the update didn't apply. This comes up a lot. Here is a solution:

After updating a few issues have arrived, I can not add a new fax server, Status -> Logs shows 500 error, I can no longer get remote phonebook on yealink phones, dashboard shows I'm still on 1.8.2 ...

Thank you, I tried one more time and it did update to 1.9.3
