I installed FusionPBX a few months ago using the official quick installer, right before it switched from stable (4.4) to master.
Later, on IRC channel I learned that 4.5 has some important fixes, but upgrading from 4.4 to 4.5 was no easy procedure and an official guide was being worked on.
I just saw this "4.4 to Master" guide on the official website:
http://docs.fusionpbx.com/en/latest/advanced/version_upgrade.html
It seems very short and simple. Is that all it takes to upgrade from 4.4 to master?
I have another question: how does apt upgrade work with FusionPBX/Freeswitch? Asking this because the last time I ran apt upgrade, which seemed to upgrade many Freeswitch related packages, broke my system (error related to database, which I failed to troubleshoot), and I had to roll back to a previous snapshot. Is it unsafe to run apt upgrade on a FusionPBX system? Or are there procedures that need to be followed afterwards?
Thanks!
