Upgrading from Debian 12 to 13

Hello

Is there any procedures written with regard to upgrading from Debian 12 to 13? I'm not familiar enough with the command line to understand the commands so I would be looking for the correct procedures to do this.

Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided.
 
If you are not very familiar with the command line, I recommend starting a new server with Debian 13 and migrating everything manually. In-place upgrades from Debian 12 to 13 may require extensive command-line skills, as you will likely bump into unexpected issues and may or may not be able to successfully finish the upgrade.
