Good Morning Community,

I would love some help regarding an issue I've been attempting to diagnose for the past 2 days.
I have set up a fax server on a newly installed Debian 10 - version 4.5.32.
I will attach 5 images to showcase the destination aspect - the fax server itself and the SMTP information. As well as the inbox and log settings.
When testing - everything is successful. The fax server receives the fax. However, The sender email (within the SMTP information) gets the auto generated email
"This message is a test of the SMTP settings configured within your PBX.
If you received this message, your current SMTP settings are valid."
rather than a copy of the sent fax and ultimately - the receiver receives the same auto generated message - rather than the fax itself.
I have enabled allow less secure apps, disabled 2 way authentication and still - nothing. (The receiver is using a Gmail account. Sender email is outlook)
I am completely lost and would love some guidance. I did not have this issue on older versions of Debian - only this one.
Any help would be truly appreciated.
Thank you,

Hi everyone -

This was only solved when I switched to Debian 10.8 - I realize that in my original post I stated I was already on version 10 but it was actually version 9.
No idea why this solved the issue to be honest.
