Valet Park still shows Park+*5901

I noticed in Version 1.9.0 release highlights that Valet Park caller ID was improved to show the caller ID, but even with 1.9.5 if I have BLF that's set to for the "Call Park" with a value of "park+*5901@192.168.1.100" it still shows Park+*5901. The phones are Yealink T46S, with Manual provisioning.

Is there something in the dial plan that needs to change to display the caller id?
 
This update targets the caller ID displayed after the call is picked up from the park. There was a dialplan update that was pushed to all stock park diaplans. If yours was modified in any way, it may not have applied.
The important addition was this line

That's what my "valet_park" dial plan has. These are under Rule 4 if that matters. The only thing I have changed is setting the timeout to 60.
