Verto Communicator/Phone can only call out?

I have managed to setup Verto communicator as well as Verto Phone Chrome extension (with mod_rtc and mod_verto enabled). However, although I can make outgoing call using Verto, but there is no incoming call. The verto phone is just not ringing when there is incoming call. I also see no SIP registration for the Verto extension.

Is this the normal behavior? Or have I missed out something?

may be the NAT problem?
btw how to set up verto in fusionpbx?
