Are there any recommended Voice AI agents for FS PBX for like the initial IVR, so it just can be talked to instead of sounding like the dated IVR, Press 1 for..., Pres 2 for..?
FS PBX is integrated with Retell AI. If you are on the latest version, simply add an AI agent under Applications - AI agents after you create one in their portal. It will have an extension in FS PBX, and you can simply route calls to it.
