After a little help with a little annoying issue.
I have a setup that is running multiple domains within the platform. All works fine. The issue we are having is that we are disabling VM for all Extension apart from a VM box we send all VM's to. Once we have disabled this we go through the VoiceMail Application and remove all VM boxes apart from the one we want to keep.
However when we go back into the Extension through Accounts>Extensions the VM option is once again enabled with no action taken.
Does anyone know how to stop this happening ??
