Currently we have set the Advanced -> Devault Settings -> Voicemail -> storage_type to base64. This is currently causing issues with playback. It takes roughly 5 seconds for the greeting to play after the call has been answered by the mailbox.
I'm thinking of switching this back to file storage. My question is would changing this setting would automatically copy/create the greeting file on the hard disk?
