Voicemail to Email Function

We are still in the process of building out fusionpbx setup.

Currently we are running a cisco system and when a voicemail is listened to, read, deleted from the email received via voicemail to email, it updates the phone to keep the state of the voicemail in sync by making it read or deleting it.

Is this possible with fusionpbx?

It will not fully sync with an email box.
You can choose to keep the voicemail on the pbx or delete from pbx after sending via email only.

there is an option to email the voicemail and donot keep locally in each ext settings called Voicemail Keep Local. If set to false it will email the voice mail and not keep copy on the server given your SMTP settings are correct and donot fail while voicemail is being sent.
What I do thouugh send voicemail email and keep a local copy but then also run maintenance script which deletes voicemail from the server and from the database after the numbers of days that I have setup in the script by running a daily cron job.
