Voicemail to Email Troubleshooting

What are the best troubleshoot methods for various voicemail to emails failing? Looks like around 90% of emails are successful, but some do fail. In the Email Logs section, there are no failed emails, but in the Email Queue, I do see a few where the status showed as failed for some. SMTP provider does not show any unsuccessful email attempts.

I also have store emails locally turned off, but I still see voicemails in the server stored for each user.

Email Logs have been deprecated when the email_queue was released. In newer version of FusionPBX email logs has been removed.

Next, an upgrade will help you the current release is 5.2. There are improvements in the email queue that could help you on this topic. We have ability to save the communication with the email server on each row in the email queue. This is disabled by default but can be enabled in default settings under the email queue category.
