Voicemail to mp3

Hello, i added "vm_message_ext=mp3" to dialplan, global-variables and mod_shout included, module status loaded but VMs still saved in wav.
I get - "2022-06-16 13:44:09.516963 87.83% [NOTICE] switch_cpp.cpp:1465 neither mod_shout or lame found, defaulting to wav".
Reinstalling mod_shout doesn't help. Any idea?

Also, you mentioned dialplan, do you know you can just set this in advanced/variables?

yes, i set it in vars first but it doesn't work. After, i set on dialplan because - "These variables can be set in either Dialplan -> global-variables or per domain with domain-variables dialplan.".

What happens if you: reload mod_shout from fs_cli, do you see any errors?
