I double checked both API and URL, They are correctly typed and I followed the instructions for FSPBX on fspbx doc
 
I have a general question concerning IBM watson
Do I have to enter any code in IBM AI portal before transcribe can work, or just the API key and URL is enough?

It should work unless IBM changed something, but your error suggests you didn't supply an API key and/or Speech URL, which vary per project. After editing the .env file, be sure to clear the cache as explained in the article.

Additionally, FS PBX comes with OpenAI voicemail transcriptions by default, and I believe they outperform IBM Watson. For example, it supports 150 languages automatically, without needing to specify the language for each VM. The AI makes the decision itself. Additionally, punctuation has significantly improved, making your transcriptions look more professional.
