Has anyone ever needed/wanted a welcome email? We are currently switching from Thirdlane PBX to Fusion and one of the pieces missing from our process is sending customers their welcome emails when new users/extensions are created. Is that feature in Fusion and I'm just not seeing it or is that not a typical feature thats needed? Below is an example that Thirdlane generates and sends based on the Domain/tenant's welcome email template.

${SUBJECT(Welcome to your new Hosted Phone System!)}

Hi ${FIRST_NAME} ${LAST_NAME},

The Hosted Phone System is a VoIP PBX that will allow you to take advantage of unified communications and make you more productive.

On the day of installation please make sure you have cleaned out your current voicemail box, you will not be able to keep old voicemails. Also please ensure there is adequate area to access the computer and cables around your workstation so the technician can easily remove your current phone and connect your new phone. Please ensure you have a power outlet available as the phones do require power. This will all save time at install.

You have been assigned the following personal extension number "${EXT}" with personal PIN "${VM_PIN}"

You can use your extension number and PIN to access your voice mail from your phone by hitting the envelope key on your telephone or dialing "*98#"

You can download USER GUIDES from the below links but please setup your Voicemail Greeting and Name right away:
