Having lived on the internet for 25+ years and used thousands of searches all over the place, my mind is blown how this has always been a nightmare to use.

There have been several calls from this number in the screenrecording and only one person with "pena" being the last name and nothing will pull them up

something is wrong because that's not how it should work. What version of FusionPBX are you using?

That version is quite old now, why don't you upgrade to the latest?

I'm not the best at doing their upgrades so I avoid it, and it's been very stable. I'll take a look at the steps to upgrade to 5 again

Yeah I'm still running 4.4.9 and manually upgrading clients to a newer version.

I also started migrating some clients off to MirtaPBX, a platform where I don't have to hold my breath and hope for the best when I click the upgrade button.

Tempted to try it now and just restore snapshot if there's an issue. The first time I tried it, I tried it on a server that already does weird things, but the one I'll try on now has been great

And #7 says use the following commanD (singluar). Arent' those 4 separate commandS (plural) to be entered separately or can I really paste all that into terminal at once? (I hate Linux - it's 2023 - everything should be GUI)

take a look your files in the terminal in the xml_cdr directory and check the last modification time for those files

Don't know how, but I've never customized dialplans. It was set for the correct 10 and 11 digit dialing when the server was setup and I've never gone back to dialplan settings
