Is anyone able to access the yealink RPS portal?

I have been getting an error 400 Bad Request "No required SSL certificate was sent" for over a week now.
Devices that were previously registered are still connecting to it and redirecting as expected, but we can't login to add or remove anything which is a bit of a pain.
