Hello everyone,
I’m currently using a Yeastar TA410 to connect an analog line (FXO) to my FusionPBX system. Outbound calls through the TA410 are working fine, but inbound calls are not reaching FusionPBX.
Here is my setup:
I’ve verified:
I suspect the TA410 is not sending the inbound SIP INVITE to FusionPBX, even though it picks up the FXO line.
Has anyone encountered the same issue? Could it be a trunk configuration problem on the TA410 for inbound calls? Any guidance to make inbound calls reach FusionPBX would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
I’m currently using a Yeastar TA410 to connect an analog line (FXO) to my FusionPBX system. Outbound calls through the TA410 are working fine, but inbound calls are not reaching FusionPBX.
Here is my setup:
- TA410 FXO connected to the PSTN line.
- TA410 SIP trunk to FusionPBX (192.168.0.84).
- Outbound calls through the trunk work.
- Dialplan in FusionPBX is working (internal extension 70, menu for schedules).
- The FXO LED blinks when the PSTN line rings, so the TA410 is detecting incoming calls.
- When calling the PSTN line, the FXO picks up, but no call is sent to FusionPBX.
- The TA410 SIP trunk shows “OK” in status, but no INVITE is sent for incoming calls.
- Authentication is disabled for incoming calls.
I’ve verified:
- Call detection settings on the FXO are unchanged from when inbound calls used to partially work.
- Internal calls to extension 70 in FusionPBX are working.
- Outbound calls from FusionPBX through the TA410 work perfectly.
I suspect the TA410 is not sending the inbound SIP INVITE to FusionPBX, even though it picks up the FXO line.
