Hi. I keep getting these errors [temporarily unavailable 480] on my registered extension. would you happen to know what might be causing that? the call wont even connect at all

I need to know the LCR module implementation in the kamailio-5.0, Cant able to find the exact documentation for the LCR module Parameters implementation.Please guide me.
