Instead of instant_ringback=true try action answer. It works for me. I've faced this issue but only if calls income from specific operator.

I've created new outbound route and added action set domain_name=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx action set domain_uuid=XXXXXXX....XXX action bridge sofia/internal$1@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and it works for me.

Hi guys Is it possible to show the caller number in hard phones(yealink) history after group-intercept? I mean if the call was intercepted with *8 and call was ended and I want to call back. But in history, I see only *8.

I'm not sure that it will work for me. When a client is on hold for a few minutes the call will be ended by the system and have to call him back once the line is free.
