    Thanks for your help. I restarted Fusion on the weekend and the recordings continue. Do you mean even though the GUI states recording = false the database may still have this value as true?

    It appears that all inbound calls are being recorded and I wish to stop this however I cannot see where this has been enabled and how to deactivate it: My flow is simply: Inbound Route > Call Flow > Call Centre

    Ahhh, I see what is happening... I have added Alternative Greeting ID = 1 and the message being played is: "The person at mailbox 1 is currently unavailable, please leave a message after the tone" So this means the standard greeting is not being overridden by my custom .wav file I have uploaded.
