we have fanvil door phones working with ring groups. We enabled media_bypass for the end points and it works.

try using media_bypass and see if the image works.

It looks like you the the filename in the correct uuid format. If you search by uuid in the CDR's then look up the call recording parth just put the file back where it needs to go.

I have had the same issue. The sort answer is i didnt find a way. But look at the mp3's and see if the original filename is in the meta data. Then is that's the case rename the file and put it back in the right place. I had wav files with no meta data and no FAT tables for file name reference.

Is this because of the year changing to 2021 if they were first registered in 2020?

Check the link above for the provision folder. Put it in /var/www/fusionpbx/app/provision after you have edited the files to download what firmware you want.

I haven't used the XML phone book. But I did set one phone onsite to be the main address book and the others read from it.

We only run TCP on fanvil phones. Helps with Nat issues. Yes I have the firmware updates working but they need some extra files to be created. I can send them to you. Where are you located?

We used to use a lot of Yealink phone and had a lot of firmware issues with them. For a while we were showing customers fanvil and Yealink phones and most of the customers picked the Fanvil. The new U series of phones add butons next to the screen like the Yealink's but i love the pagable DSS...
