Hello I've got it working and have figured it out. Assigning the user to the "user" group gives the correct permissions to access the voicemail GUI.

Thanks. I will look into menu manager. Regarding the voice mail box, I don't see where I would administer the mailbox Greetings as a "user". Is there a screen shot that someone could post that illistrates this?

Update. The gateway is now registered and I can receive calls, however outbout still is working. When I look at the WireShark entry for a call I see an authentication error. This I don't understand if the gateway is registered. Please see the attached screen shots.

Okay. Got the gateway to register, have the ACL as in my previous post (except have updated the proxy address), can make an internal call - extension to extension, however I now cannot make inbound or outbound calls. It seems like every-time I try and make a change to the system, something else...

For some reason the gateway isn't authenticating!

Okay Here's the change I've made to the ACL. Unfortunately my gateway will now not register. Don't know if this is because of the ACL changes or what?

I got it to work. I found someone else had run into a similar issue with the internal profile and they had gone to Advance > Upgrade > App Defaults. I wound up running each "action" and then rebooted the server. Haven't set up an outbound or inbound route yet, but at least the gateway is now...
