    Still can't upload pre-recorded audio file to extension's voicemail????

    Is this still not possible or am I missing something? Anyone that wants a custom voicemail recording must call in and record it over phone quality???? If I remember correctly, a workaround was for a user to record a file over the phone, then the file will be in a directory and could be overwritten?
