    Agent login requires password after migration/restore

    I've just migrated to a new server using the restore script from the member section, and after a few issues it's mostly working. However, one thing I can't seem to get to the bottom of is when agents try to log in with *22 it is playing the voicemail sound file requesting the password...

    Can agents log in/out from softphone

    I have a customer that will be utilizing the call center setup. They need their technicians to log in/out using zoiper. Is this feasible? And if so, how is this configured. I have tested logging in/ out on zoiper but no dice. Any help would be genuinely appreciated.
