Hello Team,

Sorry if this was handled here already. I have installed fusionPBX on an Ubuntu VPS being hosted on Contabo. When I dial any number, I receive the following error

" 98.50% [WARNING] mod_dptools.c:1867 [inbound routes] 404 not found "

I am not sure what is happening as this is rather an outgoing call. Why does it seem like an incoming call?

Can someone help?

I suspect (without the logs) your phone is some how in the external context, perhaps it's not registered?

I suspect, without seeing any logs that you have added something to the access control list that you shouldn't have.

Hello guys, thanks for your responses.

I added the IP address of my fusionpbx server to ext-rtp-ip and ext-sip-ip and the initial issue is resolved, unfortunately, I still can't call. Calls being rejected with "mod_dptools.c:3637 Originate Failed. Cause: CALL_REJECTED"

By the way, I am using Voxbeam as SIP provider with IP authentication. I have added my added to voxbeam

Maybe it's not in the numerical format they require?

From here, it looks like it needs to be in E164 format with a prefix for the account type:

  • For example, to send a call to the UK number +44 (0)207 946 0123 via our Gold IP Voice route you would present Voxbeam with 0011101442079460123…
  • Voxbeam Gold IP Voice (0011101) + UK (44) + London (207) + Number (9460123)

If so, you'll need to add prefixes to your outbound routes.

Hello there! My bad, I actually made an error to type the wrong caller ID. When I used the correct caller ID, everything started working perfectly.
